One off deep cleans, carpet and end of tenancy cleans are subject to a full survey and dependant upon your specific requirements. Tailored Cleaning Specification We will clean to the specification you agree with your Safemaid representative. We will build a service specification based on what you and your home needs, with tasks and frequencies designed to suit your families requirements. Importantly we will agree the service levels for each of these tasks, removing any ambiguity over what is, and is not an acceptable level of performance. Once the specification has been agreed, and a Safemaid recruited, we will ensure they are fully briefed on exactly what is required at your home. Each Safemaid has a home specific task card for your home which will clearly identify the task and frequencies required at your home. In this way we are able to ensure your Safemaid works systematically through the tasks required at your home, and that any non standard tasks, not routinely completed at every visit are completed. (ie washing down of cupboard fascias on a fortnightly basis). You will have an identical easy reference schedule so you know what should be completed on any given visit. That way you’ll know exactly what to expect from your Safemaid every day they visit.
