Performance related Pay Structure

Our service is quality, not time driven. Our overall aim, and the way in which ultimately we must be judged by our clients, is the quality of our service. As such we operate a performance related pay structure.  A Safemaid’s final hourly rate is entirely dependant upon the quality of their final product and its completion within the agreed time.
